There's a lot of legends on Sausage Island.
A famous one relates the story of Saint-Buli and the miracle of the Holy Sausage:
Saint-Buli had been lost in nature without eating anything for days and days.
Then, when Saint-Buli thought that the time had come to meet the Big Sausage, creator of everything, the Holy Sausage appeared in the sky and the miracle did.
A BBQ with a delicious and tasty sausage was in front of Saint-Buli.
This is now known as the day of Saint-Buli and the miracle of the Holy Sausage.
